Key Dates

We follow the term dates for Waterbeach Community Primary school, although we usually hold staff training on the first day of the school’s term.  We let you know our dates and of any changes via newsletters, email and on our website.

Please note,  for all new starters an individual start date will be arranged with you during your induction meeting with your child’s key person. Term starts - Friday 5th September

Half term - Monday 27th -Friday 31st October

Term closes - 12 noon Wednesday 17th December

Playgroup Nativity - 1:30pm Wednesday 17th December

Playgroup Christmas party - Thursday 18th December 11:00-1:00pm

Spring term 2026

Term starts - Tuesday 6th January  

Half term -Monday 16th February to Friday 20thFebruary

Spring term closes -Friday 27th March

Summer term 2026

Open Morning/ New starters induction morning - Monday 13th April

Term starts - Tuesday 14th April

Half term Monday 25th May to Monday 1st June inclusive
